La atención desde la Reservación, la atención en el detalle, la ubicación, el servicio, las instalaciones...me enamoré de San Miguel y ustedes fueron parte importante de ello. ACTUALIZACIÓN 2025: Desafortunadamente sólo hay 5 estrellas para calificar al hotel, si hubiera 100 estrellas o más, las pondría. Calidad excepcional en el trato a las personas, seguimiento a cada detalle y siempre buscando un "cómo sí ". Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed here and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Casa Andreu is such a gem! The boutique hotel is so charming, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, fully-equipped, and spotless. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right around the corner from the Parroquia and on a street with endless shopping and great restaurants. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return next time we visit SMA.
Honest review. Pros: excelente ubicación , el personal muy atento, habitación limpia, linda terraza por la noche se aprecian la iglesias . Cons: la regadera fatal, muy fuerte el chorro del agua, las llaves abren para el lado contrario y se atoran, no pude regular la temperatura, me bañé con agua fría . El piso de madera crujía al pisar, de noche no es tan bueno eso.
Pequeño hotel con encanto extraordinariamente ubicado en el centro de San Miguel de Allende, con muchos lugares muy cercanos para desayunar, comer o tomar algo. Dispone de una terraza muy agradabke. El servicio y la atención de primera. Mención especial para la simpática Ana Paula y el eficiente Uriel. Muy recomendable si te acercas a esta bella ciudad.
Súper excelente ubicación céntrica y tranquila. La atención del personal increíble muy atentos y amables, la habitación impecable, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para descansar bien. Sin duda volveré, es un joya para quienes buscamos calidad y calidez.
LA MEJOR ESTANCIA! El hotel es muy acogedor y tiene la mejor ubicación. La atención del personal del hotel impecable así como el servicio en general. Las camas y almohadas son una delicia. Lo recomiendo mucho!
